Hiring for Sales Executive in the Automobile Sector


Role: Sales Executive

Job Description:

  • Maintain a presentable appearance and positive attitude.
  • Manage leads by generating prospects from showroom walk-ins and telephone enquiries.
  • Record enquiries with complete customer details in the system.
  • Demonstrate the features of the scooter to potential customers.
  • Conduct test rides and effectively convert them into final sales.
  • Address customer queries regarding scooter specifications, delivery time, pricing, finance options, etc.
  • Handle the closing of sales and follow-up with customers.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Percentage of test ride completion from scheduled test rides.
  • Percentage of sales conversion from completed test rides.
  • Adherence to processes and no deviation from standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ability to provide a positive customer experience and receive no negative feedback from customers.


Requirements

Location: Entire Gujarat

Qualification: Only graduates or diploma holders (10+2+3)

Pass out Year: Should be between 2021-2024

Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role may be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of automobiles and sales techniques.
