Our client is a top-notch technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

  • Market Intelligence & Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to assess the current landscape of Vietnam’s EV charging industry. Identify trends, evaluate competitors, uncover growth opportunities, and compile strategic reports to guide business decisions.

  • Strategic Business Planning: Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies specific to the EV charging sector. Define positioning, pricing models, channel strategies, and partner ecosystems to align with the company's overarching business goals.

  • Client & Partner Engagement: Lead negotiations and business development efforts with prospective clients and partners. Secure collaboration agreements and facilitate smooth implementation of joint business initiatives.

  • Project Oversight & Execution: Manage full project lifecycles including budgeting, resource allocation, timelines, risk assessment, and execution. Ensure that all deliverables meet expectations in terms of quality, timing, and cost.

  • Marketing & Promotion Support: Work closely with the marketing team to craft effective go-to-market strategies and brand initiatives. Support market engagement efforts through data collection, campaign planning, and feedback loops to ensure successful market penetration.

  • Product & Technical Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams in defining product requirements and evaluating solution designs. Ensure that product development aligns with market needs and technical viability.

  • Competitive & Industry Monitoring: Stay abreast of emerging industry trends and competitive developments. Adjust and optimize business tactics to maintain strategic advantage in the EV charging domain.


Requirements

  • Fluent in either English or Chinese for internal communication purposes.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related technical disciplines.

  • Prior experience in the EV charging infrastructure sector is a strong advantage.

  • Proven understanding of Vietnam's EV ecosystem, including industry drivers and challenges.

  • Skilled in planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale projects, with the ability to manage resources, track progress, and control risks effectively.

  • Strong team player with excellent cross-functional coordination capabilities.

  • Reliable, accountable, and committed to high-performance standards.
