Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated EV Sales Executive to join our team in Madurai. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of electric vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's growth in the electric two-wheeler market.


Qualifications and Skills

  • demonstrated product knowledge of electric vehicles to effectively communicate features and benefits (Mandatory skill)
  • strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful sales interactions and close deals with potential clients (Mandatory skill)
  • excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and providing information effectively (Mandatory skill)
  • proven sales closing abilities to meet and exceed sales targets in the electric vehicle sector
  • electric vehicle expertise to offer informed recommendations and answers to customer inquiries
  • customer service orientation to ensure high levels of buyer satisfaction and loyalty
  • ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

  • develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets for electric vehicles
  • engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable EV models
  • conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of EVs to prospective buyers
  • negotiate sales agreements and close deals to meet or exceed predefined sales goals
  • maintain current knowledge of industry trends and competitor products to inform sales tactics
  • deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support
  • participate in promotional activities and industry events to increase brand visibility and attract customers
  • work collaboratively with team members to share insights and improve overall sales processes
