Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Electric Vehicle Sales Consultant to help our customers transition to electric vehicles. You will be responsible for showcasing our electric vehicle lineup, educating customers on the benefits of EVs, and providing exceptional service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them in selecting the right electric vehicle.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and financing options.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in electric vehicle technology.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote electric vehicle events and initiatives.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership success.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and follow up with customers post-purchase.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales.
• Basic understanding of financing and leasing options for vehicles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customers.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
