Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:


1.
Strategic Leadership:


o
Develop and implement sales and operational strategies aligned with the company’s
goals and objectives.

o
Provide leadership and direction to the sales and operations teams, ensuring
alignment with overall business strategies.

o
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and
potential challenges.


2.
Sales Management:


o
Oversee the development and execution of sales plans and strategies to achieve
revenue targets.

o
Manage and mentor the sales team, setting performance goals and providing
support to help achieve targets.

o
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, addressing
their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

o
Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet
objectives.


3.
Operational Oversight:


o
Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations, including supply chain
management, production, and logistics.

o
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce
costs.

o
Monitor operational performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and
customer service levels, and take corrective actions as needed.


4.
Financial Management:


o
Develop and manage budgets for sales and operations departments, ensuring
financial targets are met.

o
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve financial
performance.


5.
Team Development:


o
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team across sales and operations
functions.

o
Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and
professional growth.

o
Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement development plans
for team members.


6.
Reporting and Communication:


o
Prepare and present regular reports on sales and operational performance to senior
management.

o
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring
alignment and transparency.

o
Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making based on
performance data and market analysis.
