GM Technician - EV Technician - Diesel Tech

Master GM Technician, Diesel Tech and EV Technician Needed at Bob Bell Chevrolet

We are seeking experienced technicians with GM experience (GM ASEP graduate encouraged) and an EV Technician (General Motors / Chevrolet preferred). Diesel experience a plus! Never run out of work!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform quality vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Specialize in transmission and EV system repairs
• Accurately complete repair orders with efficiency and attention to detail
• Test components and systems using advanced diagnostic tools
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding additional work needed and time estimates
• Execute manufacturer warranty repairs to specification
• Test-drive vehicles before and after service as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of technician experience required
• Transmission and/or EV experience
• Maryland State Inspection License a plus
• GM-certified technicians encouraged to apply
• Solid skills in diagnostics, engine, electrical, and mechanical repair (B-level or higher)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Strong communication and customer service mindset
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to learn new technology and operate electronic diagnostic tools
