ABOUT THE ROLE
- As a Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our EV charging solutions.
- You'll be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying customer needs and market trends to defining the product roadmap, designing features, and launching successful products.
- You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure we deliver products that exceed user expectations.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Develop, manage, and implement product launch strategy for off road and on road charging solutions.
- Research new market segments by leveraging existing technologies.
- Perform consultative sales to Government and industry associations ;
- Manage product validation in the lab and in the field for successful market launches.
- Define product roadmap and participate in every aspect of the product life cycle to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Work with our offsite development and manufacturing partners across the globe in various time zones.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Define product vision and roadmap based on user needs, business objectives and available technologies.
- Translate user insights into actionable product features and specifications with creative content development.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure product success.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
- Have bachelor’s degree in electronics, computer engineering, or mechatronics.
- Are a self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Have 3+ years of experience in EV charging, power management or energy storage.
- 3+ years of experience in embedded systems, cloud technologies and SaaS platforms.
- 3+ years of experience in product development, business analysis, and product launch planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (about 20%).
- Possess a deep understanding of user research, product design, and development methodologies.
- Are a data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills.
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills and can effectively work across cross-functional teams.
- Are passionate about electric vehicles and the sustainable future of transportation.
