Job Description:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:


o
Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including
networking, referrals, and market research.

o
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.

Client Engagement:


o
Reach out to potential clients and establish contact through cold calls, emails, or in-
person meetings.

o
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
o
Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients.


3.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:


o
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective
clients.

o
Highlight the benefits and features of products or services, addressing any questions
or concerns.


4.
Negotiation and Closing:


o
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to maximize profitability while
meeting customer requirements.

o
Close sales deals and secure contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation and
processes are completed.


5.
Sales Reporting and Administration:


o
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in
the sales pipeline.

o
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.


6.
Market Analysis:

o Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor
activities, and customer preferences.

o
Use insights to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies as
needed.

7. Collaboration:

o Work closely with the sales team and other departments, such as marketing and
customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

o
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies
and campaigns

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Sales experience in any industry.

Should be comfortable with extensive field visits

Work From Home module with only client meetings
