  • Educational Qualification: Graduate/B.Tech/BE/ME - preferably in Chemical/Materials/Process Engineering.
  • 7–10 years in Sales and Business Development with strong exposure to the battery value chain and the EV industry.
  • Recent experience must be in EV Battery.

  • B2B technical sales and market expansion.
  • Knowledge of battery value chain and materials application.
  • Channel development and customer acquisition.
  • Strategic sales planning.
  • Technical understanding of the product for effective communication with customers and internal development teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and EV Segment Development Experience.
  • Brand Establishment and Market Positioning.
  • Stable career with a minimum of 2 years tenure in previous organizations.

Key Result Areas

  1. Drive strategic business development of nano-silicon materials by unlocking opportunities, shaping markets, and delivering market-ready solutions for competitive advantage.
  2. Proactively identify and engage key customer stakeholders, fostering strong relationships across the supply chain, and creating new business opportunities.
  3. Manage complete customer interest, converting prospects into concrete approvals and measurable business growth.
  4. Benchmark market and customer needs to inform new product introductions.
  5. Develop and manage a strong pipeline of EV and battery-related clients, including OEMs, cell manufacturers, and pack integrators.
  6. Establish segment-specific strategies for market adoption.
  7. Leverage in-depth EV industry knowledge to pinpoint business opportunities.
  8. Act as the strategic link between R&D, product teams, and clients, ensuring a seamless information flow and exchange of feedback.
  9. Facilitate productive partner meetings and establish strong business relationships.
  10. Showcase innovative solutions to position the company as a thought leader through industry forums, roadshows, tradeshows, conferences, and exhibitions.
