- 7–10 years in Sales and Business Development with strong exposure to the battery value chain and the EV industry.
- Recent experience must be in EV Battery.

- Stable career with a minimum of 2 years tenure in previous organizations.

- Drive strategic business development of nano-silicon materials by unlocking opportunities, shaping markets, and delivering market-ready solutions for competitive advantage.
- Proactively identify and engage key customer stakeholders, fostering strong relationships across the supply chain, and creating new business opportunities.
- Manage complete customer interest, converting prospects into concrete approvals and measurable business growth.
- Benchmark market and customer needs to inform new product introductions.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of EV and battery-related clients, including OEMs, cell manufacturers, and pack integrators.
- Establish segment-specific strategies for market adoption.
- Leverage in-depth EV industry knowledge to pinpoint business opportunities.
- Act as the strategic link between R&D, product teams, and clients, ensuring a seamless information flow and exchange of feedback.
- Facilitate productive partner meetings and establish strong business relationships.
- Showcase innovative solutions to position the company as a thought leader through industry forums, roadshows, tradeshows, conferences, and exhibitions.
