Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Work Schedule: 6 Days a week

Industry: Battery EV Charging, Solar, Electronics Industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 3-4 recruiters in the talent acquisition department.
  • This will include self-sourcing targets as well for some Mid-level/Sr level roles. 
  • Spearhead hiring initiatives with a focus on speed and quality.
  • Spearhead bulk hiring initiatives with a focus on speed and quality.
  • Collaborate closely with management to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill positions promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage leadership hiring processes and work closely with promoters to identify and attract top executive talent.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in meeting hiring goals.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve overall hiring efficiency.
  • Maintain a strong employer brand presence through effective communication and relationship-building with candidates and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  •  Proven experience of 8-10 years in talent acquisition, preferably in the EV charging/Electronics or related industries.
  • Experience in managing a new team setup and driving recruitment efforts.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team management and development.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring for technical roles within the electronics industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to achieving hiring goals.
  • Experience in leadership hiring and collaborating with promoters to fulfill executive-level positions
  • Must be data driven and numbers oriented. 
  • Should have relevant experience of working on HR tech platform/ATS
