Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager
Work Schedule: 6 Days a week
Industry: Battery EV Charging, Solar, Electronics Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3-4 recruiters in the talent acquisition department.
- This will include self-sourcing targets as well for some Mid-level/Sr level roles.
- Spearhead hiring initiatives with a focus on speed and quality.
- Spearhead bulk hiring initiatives with a focus on speed and quality.
- Collaborate closely with management to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill positions promptly and efficiently.
- Manage leadership hiring processes and work closely with promoters to identify and attract top executive talent.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in meeting hiring goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve overall hiring efficiency.
- Maintain a strong employer brand presence through effective communication and relationship-building with candidates and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 8-10 years in talent acquisition, preferably in the EV charging/Electronics or related industries.
- Experience in managing a new team setup and driving recruitment efforts.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team management and development.
- Demonstrated success in hiring for technical roles within the electronics industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to achieving hiring goals.
- Experience in leadership hiring and collaborating with promoters to fulfill executive-level positions
- Must be data driven and numbers oriented.
- Should have relevant experience of working on HR tech platform/ATS
