Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• On-Field Training Delivery: Conduct in-person training sessions for dealership sales teams on EV products, features, Processes, and customer engagement.
• On-the-Job Training (OJT): Provide hands-on guidance and mentoring to dealership staff during live customer interactions.
• Launch Training: Plan and execute training programs for new product launches, ensuring all retail staff are equipped with updated knowledge.
• Content Customization: Adapt training materials to suit local market needs and dealership requirements.
• Performance Monitoring: Assess training effectiveness through feedback, quizzes, and performance metrics.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of training sessions, attendance, and outcomes for management review.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with dealership managers and EV representatives to align training objectives with business goals.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Min Diploma/Engineering Degree (Mech/Ele/Auto)
•Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in automotive training for OEM (directly or through projects of training companies), preferably in EV segment or passenger vehicles.
Experience in dealership operations or retail training is a plus.
•Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of EV technology, terminologies, automotive systems, and product features.
•Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o Ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Other Requirements:
o Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
o Proficiency in MS Office tools for reporting and presentations.
