Job Title: EV Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for Business Development targeting Electric Vehicle (EV) markets.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline by identifying prospective clients.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Advise clients on suitable EV solutions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Foster and develop strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee deal execution to ensure successful closing and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals that align with client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to secure business agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Generate accurate sales forecasts to support decision-making processes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or EV industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in market analysis and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with local market dynamics and customer preferences in Japan.
