Job Title: EV Sales Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for Business Development targeting Electric Vehicle (EV) markets.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline by identifying prospective clients.
- Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Advise clients on suitable EV solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Foster and develop strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee deal execution to ensure successful closing and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals that align with client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure business agreements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities and performance metrics.
- Generate accurate sales forecasts to support decision-making processes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or EV industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in market analysis and strategic planning.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics and customer preferences in Japan.
