Diagnostics & Repair

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues specific to electric vehicles.
  • Inspect, test, and repair EV components such as high-voltage batteries, electric motors, Inverters, and charging systems.
  • Perform software updates and calibrations as per manufacturer guidelines.

Preventive Maintenance

  • Conduct regular maintenance including battery health checks, cooling system servicing, brake system inspection, and firmware updates.
  • Inspect and test charging systems, cabling, and onboard electronics.

Safety Compliance

  • Adhere strictly to high-voltage safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with local regulations and manufacturer safety standards.
  • Accurately document all inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and parts used in job cards.
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EV technical bulletins, service manuals, and training materials.

Customer Service

  • Communicate technical issues and repair recommendations to service advisors and, when needed, recently to customers.
  • Support workshop staff in providing clear information about EV performance and care.
  • Participate in OEM training programs and certifications related to EV technology.
  • Stay update on new technologies tools and techniques in the electric vehicle service industry.
