Purpose of the Position

This role is responsible for assembling, testing, and ensuring the quality of electric motorcycles are maintained. You will be required to have technical expertise, precision, and adherence to safety standards to produce reliable best quality electric motorcycles.

General Responsibilities

• Assemble electric motorcycles according to assembly instructions, while observing the standard operating procedures.

• Install and connect various motorcycle components, including motors, batteries, controllers, wiring, and frame parts.

• Ensure all components are securely fitted and function correctly.• Quality Control, perform thorough inspections during and after assembly to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Identify and rectify defects or issues in the assembly process.

• Electrical and Mechanical Testing, conduct electrical tests to verify proper installation and functionality of electrical systems.

• Perform mechanical tests to ensure the integrity and performance of assembled

motorcycles.

• Troubleshooting and Repairs, Diagnose and repair issues related to electrical and mechanical components.

• Utilize torquing, diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot problems effectively.

• Safety and Compliance, adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Documentation and Reporting, Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, test

results, self certification and any deviations from standard procedures.

• Continuous Improvement, participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

• Provide feedback and suggestions for process optimization.


Qualification And Experience:

• Certificate/Diploma in automotive or motorcycle assembly. Or equivalent technical certification in automotive technology, electrical engineering, or a related field preferred.

• OSHA or other safety certifications related to vehicle manufacturing and assembly will be an added advantage
