Job Title: All-on-X Dental Lab Technician (CAD CAM Designer or Fabrication Technician)

Location: Lansdale, PA (In-Person Only)

Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 (Based on Experience & Skillset)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled All-on-X Dental Lab Technician to join our team in Lansdale, PA. This position is open to both CAD CAM Designers and All-on-X Fabrication Technicians. All CAD CAM design roles are in-person, with no remote options available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the clinical provider to ensure optimal case outcomes.
• Design and fabricate All-on-X restorations using advanced CAD CAM technology.
• Ensure high-quality production of prosthetics while maintaining precision and esthetics.
• Work alongside the fabrication team for chairside conversions and full arch restorations.
• Review patient-specific requirements and adjust designs accordingly.
• Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of the design and fabrication process.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CAD CAM Designer or All-on-X Fabrication Technician in a dental lab setting.
• A strong portfolio showcasing All-on-X design work (to be presented during the interview process).
• Proficiency with CAD software and CAM milling workflows for full-arch restorations.
• Familiarity with chairside conversion techniques for All-on-X cases.
• Strong understanding of occlusion, function, and esthetics in full-arch implant restorations.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with clinical providers.
