Summary:


The EV Services Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for multiple customers for EV related services work across Divisional locations. The role will oversee customer relations and functional areas of assigned EV services including estimating, procurement, program design and implementation, contract review/negotiation, standardization, resource development and technical assistance for production and tooling.    


Key Responsibilities:


Organize, promote, and implement effective project initiatives to include requests for proposals, bid walks, and bid proposals, cost estimating, and level of effort projections


Serve as account admin within Customer Portals and Applications for communications, compliance, and training. Define additional users’ roles and responsibilities in such applications to support operational needs.


Serve as escalation point for external Customer points of contact and for internal stakeholders to resolve account level issues


Define and verify Customer deliverable production needs, templates, standards and provide direction as needs evolve


Participate in Customer negotiations around scope of work and change management


Maintain compliance metrics, standards and reporting for Customer contracts


Monitor and track completed work through Customer invoicing and provide collections support where needed.


Develop and maintain supplier pricing for provided services, equipment, and tools. Facilitate pricing negotiations with potential suppliers


Support divisional costing reviews and exercises to provide insight to streamline OPEX costs for EV services work


Develop and maintain subcontractor support resource network; participate in vendor qualification vetting process


Provide scheduling support, dispatch needs, and communication to operational divisions for resourcing work under the program


Identify, develop and deploy technician training to expand roster of available and qualified technicians


Acquire and maintain training, certifications, and credentials as required by Customer(s)


Maintain and develop internal Company resources for templates, methods of procedure, references and available resources for use by operational teams


Track, monitor and report on Customer required KPIs


Define and develop Customer deliverable production requirements by operational teams


Review and maintain quality of all Customer deliverables


Establish and maintain operational reporting calls to resolve issues and keep Customer commitments with internal divisional stakeholders


Develop, maintain and provide monthly report for EV Services including analytical reviews for financial, service performance, and change management KPIs


Develops solutions to critical business issues and presents alternatives


Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications:


Working knowledge of EV design and implementation procedures


Ability to communicate with team members and customers


Must be highly proficient with the Microsoft office Suites


Must have excellent attention to detail


Excellent organizational, problem solving, written and verbal skills


Must be self-motivated with a proactive approach to working with diverse teams


Required Education and Experience:

Bachelors in Construction or Project Management or related field preferred


Telecommunications infrastructure experience preferred


Civil and Electrical infrastructure experience preferred


5+ years of customer facing sales experience


Supervisory Requirements:


May include direct supervision of support member(s)


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:


This is a full-time position.  Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required based upon needs of the position.


Physical Demands:


Employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools are controls; reach with hands and arms


Complete site walks/bid walks for customers (onsite visits)


This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopier, filing cabinets and fax machines


Occasionally required to lift or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds


Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug/alcohol testing and participate in random testing program


Position requires working indoors in a professional office atmosphere


Must possess valid driver’s license

Travel:

Up to 50% travel expected for this position
